Description

The kitchen with tiled floor, breakfast area with table and 6 chairs is fully equipped to a high standard and includes: - Cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender and plastic ware for use around the pool.
The large washing machine, Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the double garage.

The lounge with ceiling fan and three comfortable settees enable you to relax and unwind. We have included Digital Cable TV, Hi-Fi system, video and DVD player along with a selection of videos and DVD's for your enjoyment.

Master Bedroom 1 with en-suite facilities has a King-Sized bed, Digital Cable Television, ceiling fan, Telephone, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The En-Suite has a Toilet, twin corner bath, large shower cubicle, twin vanity unit and large walk in Closet.

Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite facilities has a queen-sized bed, Cable TV with DVD Player (LCD Flat Screen), telephone, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite has a toilet, large shower cubicle and vanity unit.

Bedroom 3 is a  Scooby Doo themed children’s room, which has a double bed with a single bunk above, Cable Television, VCR, games console with games, fan and drawer unit. A single fold away bed is provided.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room decorated in a lighthouse theme with ceiling fan and lights above the beds, Cable Television & DVD Combo and chest of drawers.

Bathroom 3 has a Toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All bedrooms have fans, large walk-in closets and drawer units.

Games Room - Enjoy our Scooby Doo Games Area with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football and Electronic darts. Table and stools are also provided in the games area along with 3 sets of Golf Clubs and 4 tennis Racquets for our guests use.

Pool Area

The large extended patio areas with table, luxury padded chairs, recliners, loungers and stools enhance the 26’ by 13’ swimming pool. For the safety and enjoyment of our younger guests we have installed a separate children's pool and all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for added peace of mind. The pool is thermostatically controlled all year round and the Hot Tub/ Spa is heated 24 hours a day at no additional cost

The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority and also has a Full security system, smoke detectors and safe installed. The villa comes fully equipped with every thing you might need for a wonderful holiday, including; Electric BBQ Grill, hair-dryers, beach towels, towels, all bedding, high chair, cot with bedding, alarm clocks, golf clubs & tennis racquets.  We also provide free National and International Calls.
