Bedrooms
All Bedrooms have access to 70+ TV Channels.
MASTER BEDROOM has a King-size bed with
Brand New sumptuous mattress where you can watch the 27" cable TV +
DVD/VCR player, Dresser with mirror and twin nightstands. Make use of the
en suite bathroom with dual vanity basins, with large well lit mirror,
large walk in shower and oversized corner bath. (We also supply a hair
dryer.) Storage aplenty with a large walk in closet. Also this room has
it's own patio door access to the pool area.
QUEEN BEDROOM - 1 has a Queen Sleigh bed and
sumptuous mattress, with matching dresser + mirror and nightstand,along
with cable TV,DVD player, Ceiling Fan and large built in closet.
QUEEN BEDROOM - 2 also has a Queen size bed
with a sumptuous mattress, dresser with mirror, nightstand , along with a
cable TV, DVD Player Ceiling Fan and large built in closet.
TWIN BEDROOM has twin beds with 19" TV , DVD
player , playstation-2 with dual controllers , double size built in
closet.
The family bathroom is located between Queen bedroom 1 + the Twin 3, with
easy access to the pool area.
Family Room
Having finished using the pool, or just back from a long day at the parks,
time to relax in the comfortable
sofas and watch your favourite programs on the 42" Plasma HDTV with
250+ Digital Channel's. (Including premiership football for the UK
football fan and 20+ HDTV channels). Or make use of the 5 DVD
changer dolby home theater surround sound system, with a growing (50+)
movie selection. Alternately we have a small but growing selection of
books that you can use. Also we have a selection of board games +
colouring pencils aimed at the younger child. If your party is 10, the 3
seater sofa converts into queen size bed.
Dining + Kitchen
When time comes for all of your party to sit down and eat, there is a
tastefully designed dining area, which seats 6 people. Along with the
Kitchen nook area, which can seat 4 people, there are all the amenities
that you would expect in the kitchen. Cooker , Microwave , DishWasher ,
Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Waste Disposal. Crockery etc for 10 people.
We also have a Hi-Fi cd/radio system for your use. The laundry
facilities:- washing machine, tumble dryer, Ironing Board and iron are in
their own little room adjacent to the kitchen. Another cordless telephone
handset can be found here.
Pool Area
The lovely 27'x 15' heatable pool is west facing so the pool and patio
area catch the sun well into the early evening. It is in a screened patio
area and is surrounded by a 6'6"/2.0m fence for privacy. When not
enjoying the pool you can relax in the deep cushioned patio furniture. For
added fun, make use of the pool in the evening with our multi-colored pool
light system.
Misc
To save flexing your muscles opening the large double garage door, we have
installed an electric garage door opener, which has an access code system
from the outside.
If you have a toddler we provide a free
Baby's Crib (with bed linen), stroller ,High Chair, Baby monitor and for
the slightly older child a Bed Rail. All linen and towels are provided,
enough for 10. Our very friendly management company are available 24/7.
For the budding Wimbledon
champions we also provided a pair of tennis rackets so that you can make
use of the community tennis court.
Surrounding Area
This community is nice and quiet with
easy access to all the locations you would want to go to. Also the
community area has a child's activity area, tennis court, basketball court
and a large community swimming pool.
