Our beautiful privately owned villa is situated on the Indian Point development in Kissimmee, which is only 15 minutes drive from all main Disney Attractions and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This four bedroom, two bathroom property is centrally heated /air conditioned, and is superbly furnished to accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a games room and two pools, one of these being suitable for younger children.

The main pool is 25'X 14' in size and is enhanced by a spacious patio. For the safety of younger children we have installed an alarm system on all external doors leading to the pool area. This area is covered by a mesh screen that provides full protection all year round against insects and also keeps the pool area clean. Don't worry your Tan will not be affected! The patio area is equipped with padded loungers, chairs and a table. The pools are thermostatically controlled all year round.

·The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, king size bed, a large en suite bathroom comprising of a WC, large corner bath, double vanity unit and separate shower cubicle, and hairdryer. There is also a telephone and digital cable TV. The alarmed patio door leads to the pool area.

· Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

· Bedroom 3 has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

· Bedroom 4 has twin beds and is themed in Winnie the Pooh style, again with a large wardrobe and drawers.

· There is also a separate family bathroom, comprising of WC, shower, bath and vanity unit.

· The kitchen has all modern conveniences including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer and dryer. Utensils and linen are also provided. There is also a separate breakfast area.
· There is also a formal dining area.

· The main living area has a ceiling fan and is furnished to a high standard. We have included digital cable TV, DVD player and Hi Fi for your enjoyment.

The games area has a dart board and a games table which includes:- Football Table, air haockey, table tennis and many more!

Pool Area

The villa has a pool and separate children's pool for the enjoyment of our younger guests.
Patio table and chairs and padded chairs and loungers are provided.
