Our 5 bedroom villa will easily accommodate 2 large families.
Large Lounge with 3 large comfy sofas including a sofa bed. For your
entertainment there is 32" TV with VCR/ DVD and Hi-Fi system.
A separate dining area for entertaining and a fully equipped kitchen with
breakfast nook for quick snacks and a separate laundry room.
The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, & 20" TV, telephone and a
master bathroom with large shower cubicle, corner bath, twin wash basins, wc and
walk-in wardrobe with security safe.
There is a further double bedroom with queen size bed and TV and 2 twin bedded
rooms downstairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ample storage. These 3 rooms
share the 3rd bathroom.
Upstairs there is a further large bedroom with queen size bed, spacious
wardrobes, 28" TV & VCR & telephone and own en-suite shower room,
All rooms have ceiling fans for additional comfort.
Surrounding Area
Indian Point is an established
community so there is not any building work nearby. There is a communal area
with tennis/basketball court, children's playground and a lake with a fitness
trail around it. Less than 5 mins drive there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket
for all your groceries.
Pool Area
There is a large swimming pool with spa/children's pool and decking area with
sunloungers for lazing in the sun. There is also an outside shower.
The pool backs on to conservation land so is totally private and not overlooked.
There is a covered lanai area with large table and chairs for alfresco meals. A
charcoal barbecue is provided.
NEW FOR 2007 A GAMES ROOM with table football a pool table and electronic
dartboard and comfy seating. Golf clubs are also available.
There are telephones in the kitchen (Internet access) & in the 2 master bedrooms
(free local calls).
All towels and linen are provided.
