The living room also has patio doors leading out to good sized deck and pool area.

Master Bedroom - You have to see this room to believe it! An oversize bed with sumptuous covers and a map to get from one side of the bed to the other!

Bedside cabinets and large dresser in cherrywood, shaker style. There is a radio/alarm, tv and telephone for your convenience. This room has lots of space and would even take two cots. Large ensuite and walk in closet lead off this room.

Bedroom 2

This room has a large queen size sleigh bed with matching bedside cabinets in a room that also offers a large built in wardrobe, TV and overlooks the swimming pool.

Bedroom 3

A reasonably sized room with matching twin beds and a central bedside cabinet, T.V. It offers a large built in wardrobe and a view of the pool.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, self cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board and a full range of kitchen utensils.

The house is fully equipped with the following:-

• Large screened pool and sundeck, with alarms fitted to all doors and windows overlooking the pool. All new furnishings.

• Ceramic floor in all areas except bedrooms

Surrounding Area

The house is located on Indian Point, Kissimmee. A residential area comprising of homes with permanent and holiday residents. Indian Point is located 2 miles south of highway 192 off Poinciana blvd. It is also accessible from North Bass Road which also leads off highway 192.

Pool Area

Like the rest of the features and furnishings in the home the pool was brand new in 2004. The pool measures 24ft x 12ft and is surrounded by a large sundeck with sunloungers, there is also a covered patio area with table and chairs.
 

The pool is in a mesh enclosure and has a pool light within and a light over the deck so you can enjoy the Florida evenings.

The villa also has a LARGE garden. Many other villas do not. The garden can also be accessed from the pool enclosure.
