one or two families on vacation together. With lots of room to spread out,

recently added games room gives both young and old time to relax whilst being
fully occupied. The lounge area is spacious and well equipped to accommodate all
guests for social evenings or afternoons.

Our pool home is tastefully furnished to a high standard for the comfort of our guests. We the owners make regular visits replacing linen, towels and kitchen utensils. We re-paint and maintain the pool decking and interior regularly, so as to ensure the highest quality at all times. Whilst we are not in Florida our management company care for our home as if it were their own and are only too pleased to help if a problem arises. Master Suite 1 - Queen size. Themed Disney bunk room - Triple bunk, full size double bed with single over. Large wardrobe space. Hairdryer. Alarm clock. Twin bedroom - A brightly coloured Pooh Bear Room with twin beds. Large wardrobe space. Hairdryer. Alarm clock. 3rd Full bathroom - with vanity unit, bath and shower over. Kitchen - Fully fitted with cosy breakfast nook, equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Utensils and crockery for 10 guests. Formal dining area - Large dining table and chairs. Family Room - Comfortable leather seating with T.V, DVD, Hi Fi stereo system, tastefully decorated with occasional tables, lamps etc. Games Room - Slate bed pool table, Foosball, CD player, floor fans and bar stool seating. Pool Area The Private pool is 26' x 13' with a larger than average decking area and covered Lanai. There is plenty of seating for al fresco eating and sun lounging with outside lighting.
Indian Point has a community pool, kids play area, tennis court and a keep fit circuit around one of the lakes for use by residents and guests. Besides the many major attractions Indian Point is also close to other local attractions such as Horse riding, Swamp buggy rides, Air boat rides and several areas of natural beauty. Distances:
