This is our villa situated in Indian point Kissimmee Florida about 15 minutes
from the magic kingdom. we welcome you to our home in the sun , and hope you
enjoy your holiday with us. the villa has four bedrooms a dinning area , a nook
for breakfast, a double garage, two bathrooms, a large living area with cable TV
and its own very large pool and paddle pool for the toddlers

About our villa. our
home is fully air-conditioned and consists of a lounge/diner, kitchen, utility
room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with luxury furnishings and equipped
to a high standard, a travel cot and a high chair are also available at no extra
cost, all bed linen and towels are supplied, you are asked to bring your own
beach towels and any cot linen you require. our management company will clean
the villa and wash the bed linen and towels on your departure.
the master bedroom has a queen size bed , a large walk-in
wardrobe and en-suite, featuring a large corner bath as well as walk-in shower,
it also has the luxury of cable TV.
the other bedrooms consist of a luxury double bed, two twin
single beds with wardrobes and cupboards, a double--single bunk bed , and walk
in wardrobes all fitted out with luxury fittings and cable TV .
the lounge /diner is fully furnished in the Floridian style it
is comfortable and spacious ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks,
also available is cable TV for your enjoyment with a DVD player and hi-fi system
the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, cooker ,
microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit, all essential cutlery and china
is provided along with a toaster, coffee maker and other items, a washing
machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room with iron and ironing
board.
the garage has been changed into a games room , consisting of a
pool table and air hockey table and varying games and toys for adults and
children alike , it also has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool ,tennis rackets
are provided for the free tennis courts on Indian Point , a safe is fitted into
the villa their is a charge for the use.
situated at the back of the villa is our own large private
swimming pool , the pool is fitted with a heat pump so its possible to have warm
water all year round , it has a separate pool for the children and a large patio
area. all patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to avoid young
children entering the area un-noticed.
Pool Area
The pool area has a very large private pool with a small pool attached for the
toddlers, with luxury sun loungers, tables and chairs. it also hosts a gas BBQ
for your culinary delights
Surrounding Area
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de- sac and only five minutes from a
Wal-Mart store . nearby to the community swimming pool and tennis courts which
are free of charge.
