Florida Disney villa is a beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom house with all comforts of home luxuries! Florida Disney villa is located in a beautiful, quit residential neighbourhood with a community children's playground, tennis court, pool, basketball hoop and lake. only 10 to 12 minutes from Disney theme parks and 20 minutes from the Orlando airport. it can accommodate up to 10 (plus one infant).

Florida Disney villa features a private screened -in south east- facing pool fenced all around for total private. the villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room for added comfort. Our vacation villa is well maintained and fully furnished with ceramic tiles in all rooms.

bed and bath

master bedroom has a king-sized bed, color tv, separate entrance to the pool area and ensuite bathroom with double basin vanity, separate large shower and roman tub and walk-in closet. in the bedroom closed is a built-in safe for your valuables.

the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed.

the third bedroom features twin beds with a view of the pool area.

the fourth bedroom features also twin beds. there is an additional full bath featuring a bathtub and shower.

the living room has a pull-out queen sofa sleeper for those extra quests! alle linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

We are very child friendly as we offer free of use a full-size crib, 1 highchair, 1 stroller.

Our home is all on one floor and there are pool alarms on all doors for safety.

There are videos, dvd's and books available.

Pool area screened -south east facing pool- you will not be looking at neighbours! soak up the sun while lying on one of the comfortable sun loungers! or catch some shade in the patio. a table and chairs (6) are provided for dining by the pool. additional chairs and table is available in the garage.

There is a gas bbq grill for your use.
