fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, large fridge with ice making facilities, and all cutlery and plates, glasses and cooking utensils all supplied. also a breakfast table/nook.

dining room;

the area between the kitchen and lounge is designated as the dining area. a large table capable of seating 8 persons.

lounge area;

a large lounge with a 3 seater, 2 seater and single arm chair, all colour coordinated with the rest of the room. 3 coffee tables, two table lamps, and a large mirror. the large tv with over 500 digital channels has a built in dvd player for simplicity, with remote control.  large patio doors allow plenty of light into the room, and open out into the pool area. broadband wireless internet is available for those who bring laptops and need to use the internet or check e-mails.

master bed 1;

the master bed has a large super king size double bed, en-suite with separate shower, sunken corner bath, and twin basins. also a large walk in wardrobe. tv with remote control. lights and fan all controlled by remote control at bedside.

master bed 2.

features a queen size bed, with two matching chairs either side of the bed. a large en-suite, with separate shower, sunken corner bath, twin hand basins, and a large walk in wardrobe. tv with 60+ cable channels and remote light and fan control. ceiling light and fans remote controlled.

bedroom 3.

queen bed with colour coordinated covers, a bed side table with lamp.

bedroom 4;

themed pink twin bedroom, with night light, bed side table, and portable  cable tv/dvd. ceiling light and fans remote controlled.

family bathroom

extra bathroom with bath, wash basin, shower and a toilet.

bedroom 5;.

the jungle themed room upstairs sleeps 5, with twin beds, and a double bed with a bunk on top. cable tv/dvd with playstation 2, and various games available for guests to use. en-suite, with toilet, bath/shower, and hand basin, also with remote contol ceiling light and fans.

games room;

a very large games room with a pool table, air hockey table, and a football table. there is a dartboard on the wall and several board games available. there is a set of golf clubs available free of charge to responsible guests. also we have two strollers and a cot and highchair available free of charge.

utility area;

to one end of the the games room, partitioned off, is an area with a washing machine and spin dryer, iron and ironing board, for use of the guests.

pool area;

situated in the south facing rear garden, is a 32ft pool, (heated at extra cost), with jacuzzi, and a number of sun loungers, surrounded by a high fence and landscaped gardens. the pool is completely secured from prying eyes. there is a large grassed area to the side of the house.

a truly remarkable home , with so much living space but with a very homely feel.

Pool Area

privacy fenced 32 x 15ft south facing pool and spa , with lovely landscaped area and additional grassed garden. pool can be lit up at night.

large covered lanai area, with outdoor dining table and chairs.
